The recommended usage for someone with nits and lice is:
- Day one, day two, day three, day five and day seven.

Why use TLC if you don't have lice? Because you can be a carrier and not someone that every really gets a case of lice. If not treated then that bug or two that is somewhere on your head will get off and go to the family member that has lice and continue the cycle.
Everyone in the household will start the treatment on the same day and end on the same day but follow whichever treatment plan fits your needs.

Once you have completed your cycle you are once again open to be reinfested by the other kids in the class that haven’t found TLC Shampoo and can’t get rid of it.
Lice Lady Tip: Many families will continue using TLC Shampoo once or twice a week after completing their course or treatment until they hear from the school that there has not been any new cases for a couple of weeks.
